Holy Hooker.

"The Lord told me it's flat none of your business."

- Jimmy Swaggart, addressing his congregation after being caught with his second prostitute, 1991.

When Swaggart was pulled over for driving on the wrong side of the street by a California Highway Patrolman, he was found in the company of a prostitute. Just three years earlier Swaggart had been caught in a motel with another prostitute. He denied any intercourse during that encounter—she was only paid to “perform pornographic acts.”

If the Lord would’ve told the patrolman that the identity of Swaggart’s passenger was flat none of his business, the evangelist could have kept up his hooker ways. Where was He when Swaggart needed him most?
